Simple friendliness and courtesy. Employing a wedding planner is much the same as managing any other type of staff. You will only get the best from them if you treat them well. It is the little things – the way communication is phrased, making sure they know when you are happy with things as well as when you are uncertain etc…

This does obviously work both ways but most people who go into this line of work are accommodating and friendly (or you would not survive for long).
