We had visited Marbella before after hearing about it from someone else who had been married there. Originally we were going to get married in Marbella but then we thought it would be nice if we could find a small village outside Marbella so our guests who would be staying in Marbella could see somewhere else on their trip. When our Wedding Planner took us to Benhavis and showed us the church and hotel we knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding.
