Given its extraordinary natural beauty and old world romantic Italian charm, the Amalfi Coast is the perfect location for the most romantic and memorable day of your life. The Amalfi Experience is a specialised local agency dedicated to working with you to create the day of your dreams.

The Amalfi Experience was created by Jacquie Coppola. While Jacquie was born and educated in Australia she moved to Italy on completing her university degree in event management and is now an Italian citizen, married to a local 'Amalfitano' and lives in Amalfi. Her love and passion of The Coast, along with fluent Italian, invaluable local knowledge and network of contacts is the perfect combination for an event and wedding planner.

Jacquie offers a professional yet relaxed and friendly service and strives to make your special day stress free and above all fun. In all of her events Jacquie advises on locations and venues that capitalise on the beauty of the coast and encapsulate the unique Italian passion for life and love.

Why The Amalfi Experience?

The Amalfi Experience sets itself apart in that it specialises and restricts itself to weddings on the Amalfi Coast. While typically the favoured locations are Amalfi, Positano, Ravello and Praiano, many couples choose to combine these by selecting different locations for ceremony, reception and pre and post wedding events. With Jacquie and her team all living locally, they are able to advise on their individual attributes and benefits plus recommend other more secluded locations for activities such as that romantic Mediterranean beach front dinner.

While Jacquie and her team's native language is English, they are all fluent in Italian and well conversed with both the Italian legal and church / religious requirements for a wedding of international couples to take place. With many wedding couples being of different nationalities, The Amalfi Experience will ensure that there are no last minute obstacles on the day.

The Amalfi Experience does not offer wedding packages but rather consults with the prospective bride and groom to ensure that all aspects of the wedding fulfil their dreams. They do not limit their services to the wedding day but work with the client from day one and maintain ongoing contact to ensure that all aspects are covered and on time. Similarly many couples and their guests arrive early or stay on after the wedding to enjoy the old world romantic charm of The Amalfi Coast and Jacquie can arrange accommodation plus activities such as boat trips along the coast or to the island of Capri, Italian cooking classes, guided tours or bookings in restaurants.

The Amalfi Experience tailors its services to your needs and is able to assist with all or any of the following areas:

• Advice and assistance with legal and church documents
• Wedding service location (church/town hall)
• Priest or celebrant
• Wedding reception venue
• Menus and table seating arrangements
• Accommodation
• Flowers
• Hairstylist and make-up artist

Our wedding day really did blow all of our expectations out of the water. It was even more beautiful, enjoyable and special than we had thought it would be, and we were already expecting it to be wonderful! From day one, Jacquie and The Amalfi Experience were so friendly, helpful and efficient about everything. They made the planning of our big day such a breeze. They were invaluable to us and we could not recommend them highly enough for anyone who wants to have the most perfect day of their lives.

Three days of 50 out of town guests, a welcoming party, ladies spa night, private bus trip to Pompeii for everyone, cocktail hour, a beautiful garden ceremony, white doves, a live painter, 5 star- sit down dinner, reception on a stunning, private yacht, the most amazing fireworks display we have ever seen AND a farewell brunch!
