Italy Bride and Groom

We met Michelle in Italy after being introduced to her on holiday there. We immediately felt at ease as we began to discuss our dream of marrying in Italy.

Nothing was too much for her and she took us around many venues giving us the pro and cons on everything we asked, and explaining all about the documentation etc. We felt we had full control of our wedding plans and could make decisions ourselves.

The area of Cilento is spectacular and we choose a beautiful terrace ceremony with fantastic views. The restaurant later was even more magical. Fabulous food and service with a relaxed atmosphere and all our guests were very impressed. We partied on late into the night, and then a firework display beautifully rounded off a fantastic day.

From the first day of contact Michelle was always available to us and our guests. We highly recommend her as wedding planner as she will do as little or as much as you want without being interfering. We noticed immediately that she was always on hand, but very discreetly. That suited us well.

We were introduced to Michelle, our wedding planner through a friend who lived in the town where we were staying for our holiday. Being in a different country and organising the most important day of your life can be very complex for a number of reasons; namely language barrier, legalities and local knowledge to name a few.

Michelle was fantastic from the start. She was just what we wanted for our day, someone who was local to the area, spoke the language fluently and is an expert in her field, with a host of contacts. From choosing the flowers, menus and wedding cars to accommodation, reception entertainment and a plan b (just in case the weather turned), she had it all covered. She discussed timings, negotiated costs in-line with our personal budget and provided support and guidance throughout.

We were able to relax as much as possible in the actual lead up to the wedding, once we had arrived at the destination, Michelle was always on hand to answer questions and take us to and from various locations. It was definitely something that we invested in wisely as organising the most special day of your life is an incredibly scary undertaking, especially if you are not sure where to start. It can be scary to put your special moment into someone else's hands but in reality, doing it on your own in another country is a far scarier prospect!
