How to Choose your Bridal Tiara

A Bridal Tiara can be the perfect way to finish off your wedding day look.

It’s very important that your Tiara compliments your wedding dress and flatters your face but it’s often difficult to know how to choose the one that will be just right for you.

1. Know Your Face
   To choose a Tiara or comb it is helpful to know what shape your face is. For example, if you have a round face avoid wearing a Tiara where the design is all the same height and follows the round shape. By simply choosing a Tiara with a raised design in the centre, it will give you more height and your overall look will be complete.
   
   
   
   
2. Harmonise your Head Piece
   If you are wearing a gold dress then choose gold as your base colour and make sure all of your accessories are the same. Careful use of colour and design can enhance your look - remember your Bridal Tiara is a finishing touch and must compliment your dress rather than fight against it.
   
   
   
   
3. Trying On
   When trying on Tiaras you need to imagine that you have your dress on - not Jeans and a Jumper. The Tiara may look great when you are in your casual clothes but get lost on the big day.
   
   
   
   
4. It’s your Day
   Make sure you look at all the options before diving in and buying a Tiara. There are many ways to find the tiara that is right for you so don’t be rushed into to buying it when you are in the dress shop. 6. The Hair Style or the Bridal Tiara – Which Comes First?
   The answer is whichever one is most important to you. If it’s the Tiara, choose one that looks great on you first, then take it to your hairstylist to work around.

   If your hairstyle is more important, select your style first and then look for a Bridal Tiara. It’s not as difficult as it sounds — just go with your intuition, keeping in mind that no matter which you choose first, both your Tiara and hairstyle should work well together - try to keep the styles similar.
